Earmark
“Ask Earmark” AI feature reveal
One real question, one specific answer with receipts, in 20 seconds, muted, in a feed.

The brief, the idea and the craft
Problem
AI features ship weekly and are announced with screen recordings nobody can read on a phone. Earmark, a customer-call workspace, needed its "ask every call" feature to land in 20 seconds, muted, in a feed.
Idea
One real question, one specific answer with receipts: "Why did we lose deals in Q3?" streams back three reasons across 212 calls, citations open the exact quote, and one click turns the list into a table.
Craft
Product UI rebuilt in React, never recorded. The hook chip morphs into the Ask box; the typed prompt becomes the query line; figures fly into their table cells. Human-cadence typing, eased cursor with hover and press, chunked streaming, and data that adds up (17 + 12 + 9 = 38 deals, $811k). Cuts follow an original 120 BPM score; payoff words land on its three stabs.
Formats
16:9 master and a rebuilt 9:16 with touch gestures and a bottom sheet.
